Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We will provide prepaid return labels to our Premium customers, so that they will be able to return the goods for free. Standard customers will need to pay the cost of sending the parcel back. Please don't forget to sufficiently stamp your package.

Returns are also no longer sent back directly to our warehouse in Germany. We have provided a warehouse in the UK, where all returns will go. From there, they will be sent back once weekly to our warehouse in Germany, where they will be registered and refunded. This means that returns and their refund will take around 10-14 working days.

You can qualify for free returns if you have paid for your order through Paypal. You can find more information here about how this process works.

If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Paypal directly. This is a Paypal service which we have no direct control over.

Other information: Please keep in mind - all benefits for our Premium members are for customers who are Premium at the time of ordering, or becoming a Premium member at the same time as the purchase. It will not be valid for customers who purchase the membership after ordering physical articles. The Premium membership cannot be used retrospectively.
